Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swapify. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use only one account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Members may post listings for physical items they own and are entitled to trade. A $0.99 listing fee is charged to your saved payment card when a listing is posted. The fee covers posting the listing and is non-refundable once the listing is live.

You may edit or delete your own listings at any time. Deleting a listing does not delete the record of trade offers that reference it.

A trade is an agreement between two members. Swapify is not a party to any trade and does not take possession of items.

By accepting a trade, you agree to exchange your item as listed and described on your listing with the other member. You may complete the trade through a local meet-up or by shipping the item to its destination. You are responsible for purchasing shipping labels and everything required to get your item to its destination. Once the other member receives your item, the trade is complete — returns and cancellations are not available.

The following may never be listed or traded on Swapify:

• Food
• Pets or other living animals
• Humans or human remains
• Hazardous materials
• Liquids

You keep the rights to the photos and text you submit, and you grant Swapify permission to display them on the platform so other members can view your listings. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, misrepresent an item, harass other members, or attempt to trade outside these terms.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.

Listing fees are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your saved card details are stored with the payment provider, never on Swapify's servers. You may manage or remove your saved card from your account settings.

Swapify provides the platform as-is and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing or member. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swapify is not liable for disputes between members, losses related to trades, or indirect or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may update these terms; when we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Swapify after an update means you accept the revised terms.
